This class will focus on basic recorder technique. Topics covered will include breathing, tone production, articulation, fingering technique, tuning, and practice skills. This class is suitable for beginners, and for intermediate players who want to refine their technique. Reading music is not a necessary skill, we will use no sheet music in this class. Advanced students are welcome to attend and participate with “beginner mind”.
